Its a good gym - well equipped with friendly staff. Workouts are personalised if you want them to be. There are a wide variety of classes.

Great facilities, staff very accommodating and friendly.

We use leisure lakes quite a bit for the odd bits and pieces preferring it over the commercial bike shops. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
