Open all day Saturday, great, got to speak to someone quickly, great, they had to call the call centre and took 45mins to get through. I should have stayed at home.

Today, Saturday at midday the bank was unusually quiet. The counter staff were unable to help with my request and I will have to contact the bank directly.

Be very wary - they are quick to repeatedly demand money from you, and then leave you high and dry despite their assurances. Have tried contacting them numerous occasion ... more
