During 2/2023 we installed new french doors and had to move a heater that was located underneath a window. We installed a new vertical heater next to the new doors. D Burns and assistant plumber arrived on time at the agreed time. The work was carried out in a professional manner and was of good quality. The new heater is a great improvement to the room. I can recommend using this plumbing service and will not hesitate to use this service again in the future. Service: Water heater installation

I was having a long running issue with hot water pressure in my flat. Recently becoming ridiculous with a trickle of water. I phoned a few plumbers. I found they were either unreliable as in failed to attend or unable to repair as not properly certified for the type of issue. Plumber has to be G3 certified. A friend recommended JH Horne. I phoned them up. Had to wait about 2 weeks for appointment but worth it. Dave and son attended. After various checks they got to root of problem which required replacement of a hard to get part. Instead of leaving and coming back another day with part. Dave went out, tracked down the part and returned. He fitted the part doing a sterling job. Hot water pressure back to normal & all sorted.
