        I had a little issue with a pipe carry case and contacted R G Hardie for help and advice. Their response was very helpful and courteous, and Alistair was a star in resolving the issue completely for me. It's really refreshing to find a company today who actually cares and provides good old fashioned customer service. Recommended

        My band is in town for the World Championships and when we needed supplies, either uniform or instrument, RG Hardie was there for us! They had everything in stock and ready to go when we needed it. Thanks, guys, for being there for our wee band from Texas!
