Having never experienced the role of Power of Attorney and Executor, Tim Weir was extremely supportive in making what could be a highly complex experience one that progressed with ease. Tim's support extends back to the initial stages of setting up these role's and a will for friend. From this early stage, right through to concluding the will and estate, Tim's communication was first class and regular whilst offering expert advice when I requested to this to support finalising these processes. Tim was personable, approachable and sensitive to my own needs in experiencing all of this for the first time and amidst some complex parts of the case.

Myself and my family have dealt with Tim Weir (Weir Law) for years, for various matters from POA for both our parents and also wills and estate. Tims is such an honest, friendly, genuine, professional and highly knowledgeable lawyer, but without all the snobbery I have had in the past coming from other lawyers with delusions of grandeur. I honestly cant praise him any higher, hence why my family love him, and he is our first go to for anything legal.
