Have dealt with Laurie Ross for the past 20 years for my taxi insurance. Initially at their Maryhill branch and now through the Partick branch. I haven't experienced any problems whatsoever. The only thing is with modern technology, I don't even have to call into the branch to renew my policy. Brilliant, first class service.
