        I put a claim in on the 22september 2022 we are now on 10 November and still nothing I was told 4 times my cash would be in my bank on certain days those days came and went so they are making interest on my money when I should be. discusted with this company never again people stay clear of Zurich.

        I am unsure that anyone works at this company trying to get a hold of them seems impossible, 24 days just for a call back that must be a record by looking at the reviews its the norm for them!

        For a supposed International organisation, they are the most unorganised unprofessional organisation I have ever dealt with. I had a claim on going from 2nd February, they basically messed me about for 6 months, offered me a lesser amount, which I greed to so I could move on, was told 3-5 working days and 2 weeks later still waiting on a payment. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Seriously pay an extra 5 and go with someone else.
