Citizens Advice Greater Pollok

First time ever dealing with citizens advice! I showed up at drop in clinic and although they had been so busy and full that day they let me be seen straight away. A young Jamie was asked to help me with my situation. In all....he was absolutely fantastic put all my worries and stress aside and helped me with everything I needed! He answered all my questions and he was very professional. I'm very grateful for all his help. Thank you Jamie

Over 100 phone calls only to be hung up on everyt time ! Absolute disgrace !!

Was trying to tell them something awful that happened to me. I started telling them a short version and was talking for about 3 minutes only had one minute left to tell them and they just did not listen to the rest, the last part was about an assault. if they had of listened fully then they would have helped me by arranging for one of their lawyers to look through the paperwork. When one needs help these days no one wants to listen or help at all. Society has changed for the worse, I am young but in the last 10 years society has become about tick box and no one takes the time to listen. Everyone in life needs someone to listen, no wonder society is in such a bad way now. Kindness, consideration and empathy are things that are vanishing. Anyway , I was unable to tell what had happened so their was no point. I guess a lot of us in society have to suffer. Those who are neurodiverse will also end up putting up with terrible things happening to them because no one listens anymore.
