Very informative. Great for new business owners, as I am a chef I have very little knowledge of HMRC and payroll I found TaxAssist were at the end of a phone/email to answer any of my questions. They are very professional and go the extra mile(s) to help. Its like having a friend with all the answers to your questions when youre starting out.

Just popped in for some quick advice and was really impressed with the information I was given by Chris. Excellent service and my tax questions were explained really well and clearly to me. Really positive experience.

Had a bad experience. Used services for 2 tax years. Initial experience was professional and promising as tax was completed to standard. I prepare my bookkeeping meticulously and not being a big spender my tax should be quite straightforward. Easy to prepare. Had no quibbles about the actual tax services delivered by them. At two years of being a loyal paying client; I was informed that there would be an increase in the service charge. Which was understood I guess with the rise in cost of living, covid etc. Here is when it all started going south. I enquired about an outstanding service which was promised to me at the initial tax assessment. I won't go into too much detail but we have now gone our separate ways and I would not recommend this business to anyone regardless of the star rating. They did my tax for two years no problem but they are miles away from being customer orientated. Customer care and satisfaction is therefor in short supply.
