Misdiagnosed my cat and I had to go to another practice, despite very clear symptoms that a layperson (me) could notice. Other practice saw immediately the problem and ended up having to have all of her teeth removed. Cornerstone cleaned her teeth and sent her off with toothpaste. She was in so much pain. Gingivitis and resorption are two very different conditions.

They killed my fit and healthy three year old dog here during basic surgery to his leg. I would not take my worst enemys pets to this place. They are unregulated and should be in jail.

Top service. Suitable treatment for our cat in the past, stellar aftercare, friendly staff. Would recommend highly.

Been with Cornerstone for many years and when my pet became unwell I couldn't fault the vets themselves and would give them 5 stars. However the admin staff are a different kettle of fish. Continually harassing over an outstanding amount - wouldn't mind if it was months outstanding - this was a couple of weeks and not even a large amount. I felt very very pressured by them despite the fact that I was on holiday and told them that I would sort it out when I got back home.
