        I have recently completed the sale of my property. As a first - time buyer, I was extremely nervous about the process. After an unsuccessful mortgage deal last year, i felt hopeless and have given up buying a property. Good thing I met Joanne! She kept me updated at each stage and was always at hand to answer any questions. Joanne was able to iron out any glitches that arose for which I am grateful for. For a mortgage that was quite complex, I am more than happy with the timeframe from the start to completion. As a first time buyer it has been a rollercoaster with how things are currently changing - and thanks to 2 of the best advisors anyone could ask for, the stress was at its minimal.
