Phoned this shop to enquire about a repair for my phone The young lady ask me to call in with the phone and they would check it out I brought the phone in a young man cheerfully greeted me on arrival to the shop and said he would look at the phone maybe just dirt in it !! He then proceed to clean the dirt from it and low and behold he started to charge it was fantastic service There was no charge Such excellent customer service xx

I rang the repairs division this morning to ask about a new battery for my phone Robert who answered the phone. He could not have been more helpful in sorting my phone. Excellent service. Thank you

Was recommended by Currys at Rushmere to go for an ipad 10.2 cover at Uberfone as Currys didnt have any that day in stock-uberfone only had 1 style in black or pink-bought the pink but it didnt have a holder for an apple pencil-i didnt realise until i got home-i phoned+asked if their other store might have more selection+was told No-same stock!asked if i could get a refund if i came back over(26 mile round trip)-was told as it wasnt faulty i couldnt get a refund+only a credit note!ok it wasnt faulty but it was not what i expected or hoped for-credit note no good to me as i had only just got a new phone case!nothing anywhere to say no refund policy+wasnt told by the salesperson either-though he did give me a receipt just in case i needed to return it!!!!!so i hope you i inform customers of your refund policy as a lot of people will be Christmas shopping+perhaps there could be unwanted gifts to be returned after Christmas!-very disappointed at my 1st shopping experience at Uberfone Rushmere-without prejudice!
