The lady on reception was so welcoming and helpful. We arrived earlier than the stated check in time at 3pm but after talking with the lady on reception and explaining we had flew in from Bristol early that morning and for the reason why she so kindly not only let us go to our room earlier but also upgraded us to a larger room (room 12) which has the most comfortable king bed and an additional single and was spotlessly clean and very spacious for the 2 of us.
A great find within Belfast only a 20 minute walk to centre and ample coffee shops and eateries near by. Highly recommend the lovely Gregory.
