Only a few months after purchasing alloys, they have become corroded and look terrible. I was not informed about any guarantees on the product at the time of purchase, and now the owner of the business, Stuart, is refusing to address the issue. Not only have I received poor quality products, but the owner of the business was extremely rude when I brought up the issue. As a customer, I expect better treatment and customer service than what I received. I am appalled by the lack of responsibility and accountability taken by Wheels R Us in this matter. The refusal to address the issue and the poor attitude towards the customer is unacceptable. I am writing this complaint to make other potential customers aware of the poor quality of products and the poor customer service that your business provides. It is important that the business takes responsibility for the poor quality of your products and the poor treatment of customers.
