First Mortgage---Highly recommended! Simply because the mortgage advisor Denise and case manager Lorraine are so professional and responsive! Denise could always find the best deal for me, and always explained it clearly and patiently! Even if you had another thought she would be willing to listen and tried to follow your thoughts and compare for you, so you know what you got is the best! Because of the trust, I even started to have life insurance with her (I didn't have this kind of insurance before) and again she tried to find the best deal for me! Lorraine as the case manager, was always first time reply my question! And updated me once she had anything! With her efficiency, you know you never got delayed! Unfortunately, the solicitors during my buying process, on the contrary, was so slow, not professional.... That comparison makes Denise and Lorraine even better! I used service of Denise and Lorraine before, and we just done this time, I will for sure use their service in next time, and time!

A great experience using First Mortgage from start to end. Chloe and Rachael are professional, friendly and very patient with us - especially when we had lots of questions as first time buyers. They are quick to reply, happy to work around your commitments and keep in touch through the whole process. Nothing was too much for these lovely ladies. I would definitely recommend them and I am glad we chose them to help us through what could have otherwise been a very stressful time!
