Best Mortgage company in York with no doubt! Graham is very quick responding to our emails and messages. As a first time buyer he explain the prodecures very detailed and make sure we understood everything. Hes always available everytime we call him. Very polite and profesional If we change home I definitely go to him again. Highly recomended.

As first time buyers it was incredibly useful having Graham explain the buying process and sort out the cheapest mortgage rate (as well as recommend a solid solicitor, which is a feat in itself). After our house fell through interest rates went crazy (thanks Liz Truss) but Graham was able to 'port' our old agreed rate to the new property with the full 6 months to complete saving us a small fortune. Also managed to get me cheaper income protection with a shorter deferral period. Would definitely recommend having a chat if your looking to buy a home.

Nick and the team have been absolutely brilliant in helping us make it onto the property ladder. I don't think I could imagine doing it without them! I certainly never thought I would make it onto the housing market this early in my life. Everyone who I have had contact with at Ebor has been incredible. Nick is friendly and professional, and was excellent at explaining everything. Fiona has been on hand to help us with all sorts of things. I would and will recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
