        Absolutely terrible experience. Been paying them for over 20 years never claimed. Had a hernia & the system with them is you do ALL the running round, from organising every step of your consultations with hospital. They are not helpful with the private hospital & wont except calls from them only the patient? Very bad system couldnt say any of my experience has been good in fact its been extremely stressful & Im now not getting my operation when expected & still in serious pain. Please dont use them, its been a complete nightmare!!!!
