        My Company has been using Residentsline Flats Insurance for over 12 years and I have found them a Good Company to work with, they have always tried to get competitive prices, until last year when prices have shot up - for no apparent reason? Apart from following the building market and the inflated costs of both product and labour. I have enjoyed our professional relationship and sincerely hope that I am able to write a much more positive review at the end of this calendar year?

        my contact with tina is always good - however i am not so sure this year on the full details for the renewal my concern is that there is a "subsidence" query currently on last years which has not been sorted yet and yet on this years the subsidence has been altered to 7500

        Residentsline have been placing our block of flats insurance for a number of years now. Ive found them to be excellent at what they do- very responsive and open in their communications and always striving to get us a reasonable renewal even in tough market conditions. Thank you to the entire team but especially Sinead who has been a reassuring presence at every renewal time.
