    I had bowel cancer last year and now have a permanent stoma. Although I have practiced yoga in the past my ability or confidence to trust my body and try to gain some of the muscle I had lost was just not there. Nat helped me connect again not just with exercise but mentally. I am 64 but it just didn't matter he inspired me to be the best I can be and for that I am so grateful. Thank you Nat

    Paige has helped me through my pre and post natal journey back to fitness. It has been a long journey and Paige has always been supportive and informative. She has adapted all the excersises when I have needed them adapting and challenged and helped me push through when needed. A warm friendly personal trainer who I highly recommend.

    Nathan has been my trainer for more than 7 years and I literally cant imagine life without him. He has totally changed the way I look at food and exercise and as a consequence I have maintained an an average weight loss of 10kg for several years. I am very proud of the level of strength and fitness I have achieved and with his bespoke programmes I continue to get stronger. Quite pleased to say that I am a member of the 100kg RDL club! (Not every week but Ive been there..!) My training programme accommodates all the idiosyncrasies of a middle-aged body and Nathan is able to create adapted and alternative set ups so that training is not disrupted. He is also incredibly flexible and schedules me in to fit around my slightly atypical job; sometimes changing sessions at very short notice. Overall I now have a very good relationship with food and no longer see it as the enemy. I move better, sleep better and breathe better and if I go a week without training I really miss it. I think hes going to be stuck with me for a long time
