Really helpful and friendly service from all those I liaised with and Steven always had time to discuss things during all stages of the works, patiently explaining aspects of the works . Vince was really helpful in showing me the areas during works and explaining what they'd done, with Brandon painstakingly tucking all the seal tape around the bottom of the existing DPC to ensure it was as good as can be. The amount of rubble they cleared away left by previous builders was no problem for them and they just got on with it without complaint. I feel reassured that I've had the best job done for what I needed to make my property ventilated and less prone to future damp problems. I would recommend them without hesitation. Had a damp inspection done by Tyne Tees Damp proofing, very knowledgeable and was open and honest with me about the problem not being as bad as I initially though, very friendly service, couldn't recommend more.
