I honestly will say it is rare that i want to review a company because of the quality of the work being so good. I had seen DCS do a driveway over the road from my house and heard from the neighbours that they had come bk out after the work was done to inspect the finish, one of the directors (Barry) was not happy with it so rather than just fob it off or overlook it Barry insisted they rip the entire thing out and start again. Yes, it might have been an inconvenience to the home owners but i would rather use a company that take pride in their work than not. So i thought it would give them a try, i had already had a few quotes but i could tell they were trying to force me to take block paving, telling me my ground wouldn't suit printed concrete?? That didn't sound true to me, DCS confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the ground and they could do what i was looking for, this then expanded to the side of my house and also getting my entire patio redone and an area for my firepit. I met Chris who came out and did a detailed plan for the area needing covering and gave me the various quotes i wanted, i then met Barry who came round at a time convenient to me (which was a big help) we sat down for about an hour going over plans, look, texture, colours etc until we came up with a plan (including something out there for the firepit) Deposit paid and date booked, a small delay due to the non stop rain but i was warned weather could cause delays so that was nothing unexpected. I got calls most days from Jackie who kept me informed of plans and progress etc so there wasn't a day that went by where i was left wondering. The lads arrived on site and they are just a great bunch, down to earth, take pride in what they do, good for a laugh (and a game of pool/darts). it is amazing at how quick the work takes place, especially if they are kept drowning in tea and coffee!! during the project i got a daily call from Jackie letting me know where they are up to, what tomorrow will bring, me trying to pay everything up front but Jackie preferring to get payment for the work they have done which was nicely reassuring. There were so many extra bits the lads did for me onsite, they didn't need or have to do them but even when i offered a little extra to rip out a fence post here or do something there they just got on with things. Since the project has been finished i have had a few more visits to make sure i know what to expect as it cures. have my annual inspection booked in and i couldn't be happier... hands down one of the best experiences i have had when spending that much money. It has transformed my house front and back! Thanks to everyone at DCS for all their hard work.. I will let you all know when it is finished for the BBQ!! We have used DCS for all of the work we have had done all around our house and from start to finish the have all been fantastic from the first survey to completion Jackie kept us updated every step of the way and the workforce dont stop from the time they arrived until they finish and they leave everything spotless I would highly recommend and would certainly used them again thank you for a wonderful job Allan and Norma Service: Concrete work

DCS are an extremely well run family team, from the office to the onsite operatives. We were kept informed at every level of the procedure, from Chris completing initial survey and quotation, and Barry the design consultation, to Ryan and his team performing the groundworks. We were given a cancellation slot of a week in September to our advantage. Our existing concrete drive and path was broken up and the rest of the 46sqm prepared and subbase laid with all excess material cleared away on the first day. Concreted and printed on the second, washed and cleaned on the third, and finally sealed on the fourth. Everyone worked hard and well together and cleaned up after each day. The site team were managed by Barry and Ryan, leading by example and getting their hands dirty too. My wife and myself are ecstatic with the finished product and will certainly recommend this company and their work to all our friends and neighbours. Service: Concrete driveway building

DCS have just completed some repairs, cleaning and reseal of my 14 year old decorative concrete drive. From my first contact with the firm to the completion of the work I have been very impressed with their professionalism, their communication and their work. I am very pleased with what they have done and would happily recommend them to others contemplating decorative concrete or needing reseal, etc. Service: Concrete resurfacing
