I have used Cummings Architects for two jobs. The first, a two storey extension, enlarging two rooms and creating a further two. His plans were particularly well detailed, with a thorough spec of materials required, which i found particularly helpful in ensuring the build was constructed to plan. The second was submitting a complicated planning application to Sunderland City Council. In this instance it was clear the Planning officers had a good working relationship with Greame, which resulted in a swift and successful outcome.

Graeme spent time with me and my wife to really explain how the process of a home extension application and supported us at every step. We asked for ammendments to drawings after changing our minds and Graeme was only too happy to help. I found Graeme to be exceptional value when compared to other architects and would instantly recommend him.
