        Newly registered and only had to use them once so far but can't complain at all. Online contact form is easy to use and so much quicker than my previous GPs. In person appointment arranged, no delay in being seen and prescription sorted quickly.

        Rude staff and GPs never give you an in person appointment even if you ask a thousand times. They just want to get rid of you as fast as possible.
