I will start by saying that the antipasti board (that requires no cooking) was very nice. Thats probably where the positives end, the calamari was undercooked and still floury, the flatbread had a swimming pool of honey on it. And the desserts, I havent got a single positive to say. The cheesecake had the consistency of marshmallow, the churros were dry over cooked and the chocolate sauce was separated and the brownie was a cake. All of this was brought to the attention of staff, the calamari was dealt with fine, the desserts however I was made to feel like a liar. I was told the chocolate dip isnt like a bar of chocolate so it looked how it should (curdled and separated) they took my cheesecake off but refused to remove the churros as I was wrong apparently. Wouldnt go back, wouldnt recommend.

AMAZING!! Food was absolutely delicious, ordered 8 different tapas (prawns in chilli and cream sauce was to die for) along with pudding and 3 different cocktails all 10/10. Not only was the food incredible but the staff were SO lovely and attentive. We live 3.5 hours away from Trentham however already planning our trip back just for Can Do Cocina!
