We've had an annoying phone buzz for some time - working with Sky didn't help at all, so I called Britex and Brian arranged to come round the next morning. He arrived right on time, quickly identified the problem, installed a new connection box, cleaned up the old connections, moved our router and left us as very happy customers. I would thoroughly recommend Brian and Britex to anyone needing help with their phone and/or internet connections.

Fantastic experience. Thank you so much Brian!! Unfortunately I disconnected my phone line yesterday when we had new flooring laid. My husband was not best pleased because it disconnected sky etc. I messaged Brian last night and he came this morning. Fixed it all back and even moved some of the cables and boxes which had been in the wrong place for a while. Thank you Brian for being so speedy, neat and value for money Highly recommended!!!
