I have been dealing with Sarah, Sydney and her team for the past few years; my only regret is I wish I had found them sooner. Their reports are cutting-edge, detailed and accurate - they save me lots of time as they are issued directly for approval to the tenant. They also go out of the way to point out compliance issues that I sometimes need to address Nothing is too much trouble, and they can always do these reports at short notice when I need them by putting in the extra hours. Instant responses via email and text from Sarah on any requests. They are also a great help to me in assisting with some of our managed properties, and they are always on hand with practical advice should I have any queries.

So I found a property on Spare room, unfortunately somebody beat me to it. However Sydney who showed me the room, found me another place to view on the same day She didn't stop there and rung me up a day later to offer me another property viewing. Sydney was very kind and bent over backwards to try to accommodate me with the right place for me. She's a credit to the company.

My husband and I left Westcliff last year and handed our property over to Sarah for management. I can only say, we havent looked back. Sarah is amazing. We have never been landlords before and would not have known what to do and how to go about renting out our home. If you work with Sarah, you don't need to. She is very professional and completely knows what shes doing. When she advertised her flat, the pictures and write-up were so amazing that we saw our place with fresh eyes and found a new appreciation for it. She found some lovely tenants for us and took over all the pesky paperwork. When theres a problem, Sarah is on it. She has contacts for whatever is needed, so any repairs or garden work big or small are carried out swiftly and efficiently by tried and tested professionals. Since we have weve been gone, Sarah has been nothing but helpful and really has gone above and beyond her job description. We are so happy to have found Sarah. We havent looked back and have been recommending her to our friends.
