        From the beginning to the end, R3 Mortgages offered me a professional, diligent and exceptional five star service. Riz is a leader in his field. Many estate agents require that you speak to their brokers before commencing viewings. Time and time again I was told by other brokers; Riz knows what he is doing. You are clearly in safe hands and I cant beat that. Hearing this from his competitors is truly illustrative of Rizs expertise. Purchasing a new home, during this current financial climate of uncertainty was an experience riddled with high anxiety for me, especially as a previous seller pulled out close to completion. My situation was far from straightforward as required a re-mortgage, equity release, securing a buy-to-let mortgage and also a purchase mortgage. Despite all this, Riz and his team went above and beyond to alleviate my anxiety by securing the best products on the market and successfully got the deals over the line. The team were unbelievably knowledgeable, supportive and expeditious. The online portal is so easy to use. I was guided through each step, regularly updated and Riz was always on hand to respond to any queries. I am immensely grateful to Riz and his team and honestly cannot recommend this company enough.
