I recently sold my flat through Winkworth and I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received. Paul Benge who dealt with the sale from the initial valuation through to exchange was very friendly, professional and his knowledge of the housing market was valuable. During the sale, Paul kept me in the loop with sticking points on the buyers side and helped keep the sale on track. I would definitely recommend Winkworth to anybody looking to sell their property.

Fantastic experience using Winkworth in Leigh-on-Sea for my recent move into my new home. Special mention to Helen in the lettings team who was incredible through out. If Helen wasn't available for any reason, I was always well looked after by another member of the team. I would have no hesitation in recommending Winkworth to anyone buying, selling or renting a property.

Helen at Winkworth has been a pleasure to deal with. She is super friendly, always replies to our emails quickly and has supplied all the information that we have needed. We dont have any concerns about dealing with the rest of the team during the duration of our tenancy, and cannot thank Helen enough for making it such an easy process for us.

I have recently had the pleasure of using the services offered by the Winkworth team at Leigh on Sea and have been completely satisfied.
