We have just taken over a new business and needed insurance for the premises. We contacted Primassure Ltd following a recommendation and they couldn't have been more helpful. This is our first business and they talked us through all our options and proved to be very competitive and due to their customer service we decided to go with them. We would happily recommend their services and the fact they are local made the whole process a lot easier as we were able to talk to them face to face. Thankyou

I had no idea that personal service like this still exists. You phone a local number and a local person actually answers your call! I had a travel insurance policy with Primassure and had my camera stolen on holiday. Not one but two claims were paid very quickly, without any fuss. One for my camera and another for the lens. Thank you Primassure.

Absolutely delighted with the service I received, Peter saved me thousands (not kidding) on my household insurance that had substance issues. Will be offering them all my motor renewals when they expire. Give them a go with your insurance requirements, you will be glad that you did., I didn't think this level of service was still alive and kicking these days .
