        Contacted Liability First for a copy of my insurance as online copy showed the wrong dates. Emailed within the hour. Renewed my policy today and updated copy also emailed very promptly. Both times excellent service from David Kirby. Absolutely 5 star

        Cannot thank David Kirby enough for his help and support over the last few days. Aside from that I spoke to another member of staff who was also very knowledgeable and so helpful. Being registered blind meant I have struggles with using online services so they talked me through things step by step and added services on. Highly recommended. Thank you for all of your help and support. A very swift and helpful service
