Quite frankly, the best retail experience Ive had in years! Drove a fair old distance on recommendation after a really poor bit of service from a local dealer. Id phoned in advance to explain what I was after. When I arrived, items had already been put out for me to look at. Im a novice but was treated with respect and guided through the various options clearly so That I had every confidence in my purchases. Time wasnt pressured and I left with everything I needed and a bloody big smile. For the really small stuff I will stay local but for larger purchases (in the future) I will clock up the miles and return to ROE. I cannot rate highly enough... thank you!

I have no idea if the shop is any good as i turned up today (tuesday 15th nov) at 9am and its shut, waited till half 9 even though the website said open and no sign of life, shame, cant be to bothered about trade !! Obviously punctuality isnt high up there on the customer service rosta !!
