        We have recently completed on a relatively protracted purchase for which BTMK (specifically Joe Burns) acted for us on both the sale and purchase. The service we received was incredibly efficient and exactly what we needed at a very busy time for my family personally. We were looked after by a combination of Abbie Macpherson and Sarah Swain alongside Joe and were really impressed by the speed of response and patience in explanations by all involved.         WORST service I have ever experienced. I used this firm for buying my property. Very slow in delivering paperwork, very slow response times, very unorganised and badly managed my mortgage. Refused to return my deposit and refused to discuss my invoice compliant. STAY AWAY for your own benefit.
