        Absolutely terrible service , I had fraud on my current account after purchasing Christmas presents , of more then 400 , I called they cancelled my card , and told me that they were opening an investigation , and thats they will lets me know what the outcome , after phone call afternoon phone call , 6 months later , still not a word or answer . Apart from that trying to get through is a nightmare, not happy

        The opening times are ridiculous. I can never get to the bank, its always closed. Doesn't even open on Saturdays.
