The check in process was a bit disjointed but other than that the staff were amazing. We attended TK Firefest and food was great, service was very attentive. I ended up feeling ill towards the end of the night and the team went above and beyond to make sure I got back to my room. Shout out to Caitlin who went out of her way to make me comfortable on the ride home!
