        employed hizzard to fix a boiler problem a week ago.couldnt fix it on the day and left us hanging on the premmis he would get parts and finish the job, ignored all our calls all week and with still no working boiler i had to get a propper engineer to sort it out(which took 10 mins). he clearly diddnt know what he was doing but too proud to tell us. complete waste of the 50 call out fee. will not reccomend hizzard to anyone unless the are a fan of being left with no hot water or heating.

        Boiler went down yesterday evening rang hizzard plumbing and heating this morning and Macauley came out and did a fantastic job. House was cold and had no hot water but he got it sorted before the weekend came. Fantastic job very satisfied customer
