Matt is an excellent therapist who listens carefully and tailors his treatment accordingly. Treatments every 5/6 weeks are keeping back problems well under control.

Went for a sports massage here and it was amazing. I highly recommend Matt. The treatment was thorough, and I left feeling incredible. A must for anyone feeling niggles, unnecessary pain or if you're simply someone who is curious about there alignment and wants to feel good in your body. Matt is also a yoga teacher, so this treatment is also perfect for yoga practitioners who may feel imbalanced in their yoga practice.
