Worst internet provider ever. Submission due date on Monday and the internet stops working on Sunday night. We are uni students . We pay thousand and thousands of pounds to study here. We definitely cannot miss submission deadlines. Its been almost 48 hours since the wifi stopped working. For how long do we have to wait to get back the connection? This is the exam period. We have so many assignments due this week and next week. Massive inconvenience.

Do you want to experience how no internet feels in 21 century? Let me sincerely introduce ASK4, which is known as the UNSTABLE internet service provider in the UK. They are good at cut the internet on time, especially during an online meeting and uploading assessment. They do provide online assistance, stuffs are polite, but please do not expect they have solution, what they can do is forward your case to another team, then wait for contact and answer, this process might take few days.

Well, I dont really know what this company does but at least I know they do Not provide stable internet. You can try but dont expect it to work. Issues may occure quite often. :D

Absolutely disgusting service. Im a uni student who also has a job online and I have not been able to do any work for two weeks since the Ethernet is so so awful and doesnt work. The customer support are so rude, they kept tutting at me over the phone and hung up, Ive been in my flat for three years and didnt have issues until the engineers came round and upgraded everything.my accommodation has tried to sort it out but its an issue in ask4s end. Absolutely awful internet and incompetent help staff.
