My husband visited Zoe in the summer and had amazing results his hearing improved beyond expectations.today I went (what kept me) and had amazing results too ! My hearing is better than I can remember for years . Zoe is lovely the clinic is spotless overall 2 very pleased clients . Highly recommend

First time visit to KEH and I was so impressed by the experience, from a fabulous relaxing greeting, the patience in explaining the process and onward advice to helping my issues. Extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable can't recommend this service enough. Easy to arrange appointment online too. Thank you for you for my appointment. Had laugh too.

Made my first visit yesterday, after recently applying ear drops myself, only to make matters ten times worse. Had visited Treliske several years back for microsuction but the waiting list was horrendous. The whole setup is extremely Covid safe (mask wearing, hand sanitiser and temperature taken by the receptionist). Roomy reception and waiting area, with good disabled access. Bridget was exceptional in all aspects of the procedure. After a brief Q&A regarding my current health and problem, she set about clearing both ears. During the process, she explained various possible causes of ear wax build up, and I found the whole experience not only pain free, but educational. Thankyou so much Bridget. See you in 12 months!
