Zee at reception was extremely friendly and so was Faousia. Zee and her sister made the stay ever so comfortable . Very caring individuals and lovely to speak with . Definitely recommend this place . Rooms: Quiet

I booked a table for myself, my husband and my mother for a meal in the restaurant tonight. On arrival, our booking was not there. We sat at a table with no cutlery and two menus already strewn on the table. We sat for 20 minutes with no service. When I attracted the attention of a waitress we got a surly response but she did take our order and bring our drinks. I ordered a pot of tea, what came was a tea bag and hot water in a milk jug with milk in an espresso cup. We are waiting for the food at this point! The food arrived and was well cooked and tasty. A pity the service spoiled a celebration for us. I'm afraid we didn't leave a tip.
