After buying our home last year (which is a 1970s property needing lots of work), we began exploring where best to buy our carpet from. We knew we wanted a stair runner on our stairs and the same carpet throughout the stairs, landing, hall and bedrooms. Taking our time, we visited lots of different carpet stores, got quotes etc and then had a recommendation from a neighbour for Richfield Flooring. From our first visit to their store, we were looked after and experienced the most outstanding customer service from beginning to end. Their professionalism and commitment to supporting us in being able to buy the carpet we really wanted was commendable. We were very happy with installation turnaround times and the overall quality of their work and are in love with our wool carpet and especially our stair runner which is a real feature when we walk through our front door to see. Highly recommended 10/10 , We are so pleased with our flooring , We had the whole house carpeted and LVT flooring laid. I found Callum in the showroom very helpful and professional Brandon and Ben who fitted the flooring were so helpful and the quality of their work was outstanding and would recommend Richfield Flooring to any one.
