I have been going to the Elms practice for a number of years and I have always been very happy with the service I have received. The dentists and hygienists are all very friendly and professional, and they always take the time to explain everything to me in a way that I understand. I have never felt rushed or uncomfortable at any of my appointments, and I always leave feeling like I have received the best possible care. I have had a variety of treatments at the Elms Dental Practice, including fillings, crowns, and root canals, and I have always been very happy with the results. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly and professional dental practice.

Like this dental practice but their cancellation policy is ridiculous. I had to wait a month to get an appointment and then they wanted to charge me full price for the appointment. They should take a deposit, or my card details instead, then if I don't show up, they can charge me. But to take 65 for a service I haven't even received yet is ridiculous. Not even top venues do that!

The staff and dentist were very nice and polite, they explained everything very well step by step. The premises were spotless! The waiting times were minimal. Overall Im very happy and would definitely recommend.
