Ryan advised me which bike carrier would suit my needs last week and fitted it today 21/04/23. He was extremely courteous and went through the fitting procedure in detail for me. I have always received friendly, professional and courteous service from all the staff at Halfords Winnersh. Thank you.

I popped into Halford for a fuse that I thought I needed for my headlight. David- helped me but was asking for questions and realised that the issue could be alot simpler. He assisted without charge and was more than happy to show me how to change both bulbs. He was so pleasant about helping me in the minor task and was knowledgable. A great asset to the team!

I recently had a Thule roof bar fitted at Halfords Winnersh by Ryan, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Ryan was extremely professional and helpful from the moment I walked in. He helped me select the correct model and was well-prepared on the day of the fitting, having already started the assembly before my arrival. During the installation, he was attentive to detail and explained everything thoroughly. He made sure I was completely satisfied with the fitting before I left.
