I rang Alan to see if he could renew my mortgage. He came out and went through all my finances and mortgage lenders and came back with a really good deal. Better than what I was paying my recent mortgage. Everything went smooth. Great communication over the phone and through email. Which is a big thing for me. He made me feel at ease through the process. Thank you. Will be using again.

My wife is and I used Maltby Financial Services in 2018 when we purchased our home in Warrington. Alan is very knowledgeable and explains things very clearly, explaining all the technical jargon and legalities and checking our understanding of it. Everything we discussed was followed up in writing with clarity. We felt informed throughout the process. Our house purchase wasn't without issue (due to the sellers solicitors) and Alan and his team went above and beyond to assist us. We have since used Maltby Financial Services for Income Protection and Life Insurance and will continue to use them for all Financial Matters including our mortgage renewal in 2020. The service is very professional but personal. As a repeat customer I would absolutely recommend Maltby. Its a service you don't get very often these days. They are very flexible and I felt like we were important and our custom appreciated. Family business over larger corporate establishments any day.
