        Called in to the shop with the intent of trying out a Haibike to assess frame sizes. Bill spent a good half hour with me, going over the pros and cons of the models in store, even though I had explained I did not intend to buy that day. Bill offered to make certain changes to the bike to make it a better fit, and also offered to deliver to Blackpool should I decide to buy (not a normal delivery distance for them). On returning home I made the decision to buy, and rang the shop to confirm. The bike was delivered by Bill 2 days later. The changes and delivery came at no extra charge !! All I can say is excellent service, genuinely going the extra mile (and more). I would heartily recommend the shop to anyone and give a 5* rating where possible

        Never used the shop before took my Raleigh motus to them for service after 2,000 miles on the clock. Dropped off Thursday before 12pm and its was done Friday before 12pm. New chain, new cassette, brakes and general check over. Very reasonable price. Friendly people who actually engage with customers and give excellent advice. I will be using again in about 700 miles. Highly recommended.

        Popped in with an issue around my little 4 year old boys first bike brought elsewhere. Issue solved in 2 minutes and provided at unbelievable value. Thanks from a little boy who can go on his first winter ride in the park today.
