We had 4 antigen tests booked for 10 o clock in the morning 24 hrs before our flight to New York, we arrived 9.45 and it wasn't open I rang just after 10 to be told someone was on their way and would be there in 20 minutes, 10.30 still no show - rang again they said they were just parking. 10.45 still no show, tried to ring again they didn't answer 10.50 decided to leave. The panic and stress levels were awful we were to travel to Heathrow but had to find another test centre first because of this chaos. I would have preferred some honesty that they weren't coming rather than wasting an hour stood on the pavement. I should have known something was wrong when I booked it and was sent the wrong booking time and I had to ring to confirm original booking time for which i received confirmation email. We eventually had the tests done at East Midlands airport and they were amazing so don't waste your time and money coming here, I really don't know how they can treat people like this.
