Chris has been excellent. Great at improving my technique, knowing when to push to limits or focus on consistency. He's been helping me a few months now and I can see the improvement both in gym gains and my own confidence. 10/10!

I had not set foot in a gym in over 10 years, I started training with Chris and its only been 3 months but its been an incredibly enjoyable experience. He explains each workout in detail so you know the benefits. Our gym sessions never feels rushed. All the worries I had of using a gym were expelled during our first meeting. I now look forward to the weekly challenges and going through the training plan Chris sets for me. I have started to feel better and healthier and I have been able to make attending the gym part of my weekly routine and not some add-on. If you are thinking of working with a personal trainer, Chris will be the answer youre looking for.

Chris is a highly talented PT, through his extensive knowledge and drive, continuously pushes me through bespoke and enjoyable programmes (through an easy to navigate app which holds the personalised plans set by Chris). Was a bit nervous initially but working with Chris has helped me in so many ways. From helping me with my confidence in the gym after a few injuries to walking me through a detailed rehabilitation programme to help make sure Im much more physically prepared - I havent felt this great in a long time. Great at motivating and providing advice on much more than just training, working towards my goals is enjoyable and Im fully confident Ill get there, with Chriss help and support.
