Serene Colonics

I had my first treatment today and it was amazing. Narissa made me feel so comfortable and talked me through each step of the colonic hydrotherapy. It was really quite fascinating. Initially I felt a little cold when the trratment finished but after 15 mins I felt like I could move mountains! I feel great. Definitely something to try if you are having gut issues.

I must say Narissa is one of the rare people who make you feel comfortable. When I met Narissa first, it felt like being home with someone who cared about me. The comfort you can explain is like being a baby, and you are crawling into mum's lap to be comforted. I recommend this service to Gary, and we both can say it's really good and effective. Personally, I can say my skin is improved and the gassy belly is no problem. Definitely recommend

My first visit to Serene therapies and it was brilliant. Narissa made me feel relaxed and explained everything about the procedure and more. The overall experience was 10/10 and Ive already booked another session next week. Highly recommended

As you can imagine I was hesitant to go and have a colonic. All I can say is as soon as I met Narissa I felt at ease. Such a kind and gentle lady and so knowledgeable too. I highly recommend the colonic and its health benefits but I recommend visiting Serene therapies even more. So glad I found this little gem.

Narissa made me feel relaxed from the beginning and explained everything that was going to be done during the session. It's something I've wanted to have for a long time in order to get my body back on track and in a healthier state. The helpful information and after care support is brilliant .
