John opened up early on a Saturday morning to fit me in, and was extremely helpful (and knowledgable!). He ended up giving my bike a health check for no charge, which was much appreciated. Highly recommended !

My bike had really languished over the Covid years and John got it right back up to scratch after only a week or so, and walked me through everything before and after the work so I easily understood all the change he had made. Fantastic and will definitely be going back!

My bike was in desperate need of a service, no maintenance for 11 years,took it to Cycleserve, did a brilliant job ,came back like new,what John doesn't know about bikes is not worth knowing, explained everything that was needed, learnt a lot, highly recommended

Used John at cycleserve last week. What an absolute pleasure it has been dealing with him very knowledgeable very friendly gives advice and doesn't expect you to splash the cash and have everything done he suggests communication is brilliant with him absolute pleasure dealing with him fully recommend and great value for money will be using again myself.
