Lovely dental practice. Staff were very kind and explained everything to me in simple terms that I could understand. As a very nervous patient, I felt very quickly at easy by Mr Ratief and his colleague (apologies for not recalling her name). Thank you to you directly Donna. Your kindness has done more for me (and my mental health!) than I can explain.

Beyond excellent service. Very friendly, thorough and they get you treated quickly. For someone who was terrified of Dentists, due to a bad experience else where, they made me feel relaxed and I trusted them immediately.

Really great service. Id been trying to get in as an NHS patient at surgeries all around Norfolk for over a year now with no luck, so figured I would try going private. Called these guys up and I got an appointment on the day, which was great. All the staff were super friendly and polite. I was seen by Dr Adam Levene, and it turned out that I needed a wisdom tooth removed. He gave me all the options for how to move forward and all the costs involved, I didnt feel pressured whatsoever. I opted to have it removed, and they were able to do it there and then! I was a little nervous as I hadnt been seen by a dentist in a fair while but Dr Adam did a great job of explaining what he was doing which made me feel more comfortable. The extraction was perfect, and despite being advised that there would likely be some pain after, Ive had absolutely no pain or discomfort after the procedure. He gave me clear instructions on what to do over the next few days as it heals and was happy to answer any questions I had. Really thankful for the great experience I have had here and will be using them again, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend then to anyone! :)
