He actually helped find me a property that was affordable and meant I didnt have to go down the shared ownership route.         If you're unsure about the mortgage you want then definitely give Lloyd Hollyhead a try. He was easy to work with, takes a direct approach and provides detailed information about various mortgage rates on offer. For example, he took the time to explain why a mortgage with the lowest rate might not always be the best option and was also able to accurately forecast my outstanding balance after a certain time period on a mortgage deal (both including and excluding 10% overpayments)...something that other mortgage advisors I contacted failed to do. In addition, Lloyd was quick to process my mortgage application, knew the best times to call me and was clear on what he needed. Overall, Lloyd gave honest feedback I could rely on.
